All orders can be placed by phone, or email.
If placing order by phone please have item number ready. All phone orders will be shipped once payment has cleared. Shipping rates are listed below.

We accept Check, Money Order, Visa or Mastercard, or PayPal methods.
(PayPal does Not require account for purchase, and is the preferred method of secure payment)
Never send credit card information in email! I can not stress this enough... it is not safe to email your credit card information to anyone! We take every step possible here at Lady T Studio to insure your privacy and financial security!

Shipping & Handling:
We are offering FREE Shipping to anywhere in Continental USA.
Shipping is USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (insurance available - please call for details)
Priority Mail delivery time is typically 2-5 days once items are shipped.
Items purchased through PayPal will be shipped within 3 business days.
Items purchased through email or phone will be shipped the first business day following payment being cleared.
If Express Shipping is desired, please call or email before placing order for additional shipping fees.
International Shipping is sent U.S.P.S. Priority International - $15.00 with expected delivery 6 - 10 days. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to packages being held up in customs.
Please double check your shipping address. If the address listed for shipping is incorrect there are no refunds, and additional charges will be assessed to ship it again.
Returns:
It is our goal here at Lady T Studio to insure a quality product and complete customer satisfaction.
We accept returns if the merchandise has manufacturing defects or if they were sent to a customer by mistake. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order with 30 days from the date of shipment for a replacement item. All returns are accepted for exchange only. There will be a $5.00 domestic / $15.00 International shipping fee for shipment of replacement item.
You Must call or email us for return number before sending the package.
All returned products must be in their original unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. Any scratched, altered, blemished or broken items will not be accepted for an exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or the item(s) were faulty due to fabrication error.
What if I don't like the item?
I do understand that it can be difficult to get a good idea of what an item will be like by pictures alone. If there is a problem with the item in question, please call or email me and we will discuss how to handle the situation on an individual basis.
Privacy:
Your privacy is very important. I will not share, rent, or sell your personal or purchase information.
And as stated above please do Not send credit card information in any email!
